SMS Terms & Conditions
How you opt in
You opt in on our online appointment booking form at vieradentistry.com/book (and our membership form at vieradentistry.com/d3p/enroll). On the contact step you enter your mobile number and check a consent box that reads:
"I agree to receive text messages (appointment updates & verification codes) and emails from Viera Dental Design Studio at the phone number and email I provided. Message frequency varies; msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our SMS Terms."
Checking the box is required to submit the form. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving dental care.
1. Program description & consent
By providing your mobile phone number to Viera Dental Design Studio (the "Practice") — for example, by entering it in our online appointment request or membership enrollment form and checking the consent box — you agree to receive text (SMS) messages from us at that number. These messages are part of our Appointment & Verification Alerts program. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving dental care.
2. Types of messages you may receive
- One-time verification codes to confirm it's really you when you book online.
- Appointment requests, confirmations, and reminders.
- Occasional account or scheduling notifications related to your visit.
We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us (for example, when you request an appointment or verify your phone number). You will generally only receive a message in response to an action you take.
4. Message & data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Viera Dental Design Studio does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard rates for messages and data will apply.
5. How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS program at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation reply and then stop sending SMS messages. If you want to rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages to you.

7. Carriers
Carriers (including, but not limited to, T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and their affiliates) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.
8. Privacy & your mobile information
We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely to operate this messaging program (for example, to deliver verification codes and appointment notifications). 9. Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be posted at vieradentistry.com/sms-terms. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
